Tenant Permitted Payments

What permitted payments can a tenant expect to pay if they rent a property with Sutherland Reay?

Permitted payments for new Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) signed after 31st May 2019.

When you have agreed on the property, Sutherland Reay will provide you with a Tenancy Fee Declaration. (Tenant Fee Act 2019). This explains not only the next stages of your application but any permitted payments which are due before you sign your Tenancy Agreement, and any which may become payable during and after the tenancy. This will also include confirmation of the agreed rent and the deposit.

To be honest I had a very low opinion of estate/letting agents due to countless previous bad experiences prior to encountering you guys and you have blown that perception out of the water - proving that there are some decent and honest people in your area of work. Kind Regards. Matt
